Ojancanu is the reflexive journey of the last great ojancano, a mythological character of Cantabrian folklore: a giant cyclops that inhabits the valleys.
Dobra Studio has used this tale to reflect on the death of their lineage, their culture and their support networks. But above all to reflect on loneliness and their own identity when there is no one left to perceive us. Does this sisyphic work make sense when there is no one left? And when we are no longer here, who will take care of what we were, of maintaining our memory? Will it make sense to keep it at all?

This game is presented by Jugar Juegitos and Resistència Videolúdica.
Jugar Juegitos and Resistència Videolúdica are two cultural collectives from Galicia and Catalonia dedicated to the reflection, exhibition, critique, and connection of and around video games in our local communities. Their common goal is to explore video games as cultural objects through an interdisciplinary lens. To this end, we organize cultural activities such as the “Club de joc Wholesome” from Resistència Videolúdica and the “Jugar Juegitos” exhibition from Jugar Jueguitos.
